Enhance the Appearance of your Documents using Full Color Printing

Full color printing was, in the not too far distant past, the exclusive domain of high end print shops and completely out of reach for small businesses. With the proliferation of inkjet and laser desktop printers, full color printing is available to anyone, even small companies or independent business people on a budget.

Studies have shown, and anecdotal experience suggests, that documents created using full color printing are more easily understood than those printed in only black and white or grayscale. Full color printing is particularly useful when trying to display large amounts of data via a table or graph. Bar charts, pie charts, line graphs, and other common types of business data displays are much easier to comprehend if they were created using full color printing. Using full color printing allows the author to use color to highlight key concepts and point out items of critical interest to the reader.

While printers that are capable of performing full color printing are steadily increasing in quality and decreasing in price, the biggest financial impediment to the wide spread use of full color printing is the cost of the color ink. Refill kits have become popular recently, but they can be very difficult to use, particularly for color cartridges, and are typically very unreliable. Fortunately, the widespread use of the internet for comparison shopping has driven the price of full color printing ink down, and it is possible to use the internet to find quality yet inexpensive full color printing ink.
