  • A simple layout goes a long way. A good design doesn't have to look convoluted. In fact, designing a complicated layout is going to turn off your readers. So keep your layout simple. Amateur designers tend to make the text or the graphics too big and/or too bold. Limit your design to two fonts to avoid the visual confusion.

  • Paper does matter. The kind of paper that you choose to print on can create a feeling of trust and confidence for your company. If you choose a paper weight of 100Ib instead of 80Ib, it will show your commitment to quality. This conveyance can, and does, extend to your product or service.

  • Pay attention to the overall effect. Creating an effective product sheets isn’t just about making the product sheets attractive, it is also about pay attention to the overall effect of the product sheets. Can you see the message right away? Do the graphics and photos complement the text?
